Eileen Frank has over 30 years of insurance industry underwriting, brokerage and risk management experience. In 2000 she founded J. P. West, Inc. where she serves as President. She has extensive experience with complex alternative risk programs and pricing structures, including retrospective rating, captives, self-insured retentions, wrap–ups, risk purchasing groups, risk retention groups and associations. As an underwriter, broker and risk manager Frank has designed, marketed and serviced financial institutions of all sizes including banks, investment brokerages, insurance companies and reinsurers. In addition, Frank served as risk manager to the US operations of Groupe GAN, which was at the time the eighth largest financial institution in the world.
Ms. Frank has served on various boards and is a former commissioner of the New York State Insurance Fund.
She is a graduate of Dillard University, New Orleans Louisiana. She holds a number of certifications and designations including CPCU (Certified Property Casualty Underwriter), ARe (Associate in Reinsurance), Series 7 and 63. Ms. Frank maintains Property-Casualty, Surplus Lines and Life/Health licenses.
