Schedule - 4 parts of me

Session I: strength finders - Heather Kay

StrengthFINDERS - Strengths-Based Development is unique in its approach and outcome.  It’s based on the simple notion that our greatest talents – the ways in which we most naturally think, feel and behave – represent our innate potential.  StrengthsFINDERS is a program that it builds on one’s potential rather than seeking to shore up flaws.   Following this ½ day workshop participants will leave with tools and techniques to leverage their strengths and become more effective in their work and everyday lives.

Session 2: effective communications for moving forward - Ann Dorgan

Effective Communication for Moving You Forward – A Neurological and Emotional choice - We have 60 thousand thoughts and feelings a day, and we have the power to choose how to manage them more effetively by either reacting or responding. In this ½ day workshop, participants will raise their conscious awareness about how the brain is wired, how it impacts emotions, and how we can choose to communicate more effectively when wanting to connect with others. Participants will leave with tools and new skills for conducting the necessary conversations for moving their business and personal lives forward.

Session 3
The secret world of peri

Have you every heard of menopause? Have you heard of Peri-Menopause? During this interactive multi generational group discussion learn about the differences between menopause and peri menopause and how a few lifestyle changes can have a major impact on your experience.

session 4
the hidden parts - Dr. Crystal Clay

Hidden Strengths - In a busy world, we often find ourselves needing and responding to a call for a deeper sense of purpose and personal and spiritual well-being. This half day workshop will build on Clifton’s Strengths-Based Development work and enhance the engagement of individuals by helping them to explore and understand their values, mindsets, and motivations. Participants will engage in dialogue that will forward their thinking on how strengths and values can be leveraged more to enhance the relationships and performance of individuals and empower them to lead more fulfilling and productive lives.

session 5
sip and paint - Robyn Hooper

Join us for an evening of painting, laughing and great food as we cap off our event with a guiding painting session with Robyn Hooper of the Painted Gate.
